Before you buy
Measure the route, not a straight line
Measure around the corners and obstacles the hose will pass. Check where it will be stored, and compare the usable length of the selected hose with that route.
Keep hose size and tap size separate
The hose connector grips the hose; the tap adapter must fit the tap. Record each manufacturer’s stated fitting rather than treating the same-looking connector as proof of compatibility.
Identify the connector’s role
Hozelock describes its Hose End Connector Pro as a fitting used at the tap end. Check the intended position of each connector in your chosen system, including any water-stop version at the accessory end. Manufacturer reference
Unpack the kit on paper
List the hose, tap adapter, both hose-end connections and watering accessory included in the exact offer. Buy missing components only after checking the manufacturer’s compatibility details.
Your equipment checklist
Tick “Already have” when you own a suitable item or it is included in a kit you have chosen. Core means a role to cover, not a new purchase.

Microfibre cloth sizes and packs
